RH 12 Fitness was born out of hard work, experience, and the belief that Personal Training should be personal. A belief that corporate gyms focus far too much on the bottom line and sales and not enough on the people they are supposed to be helping. From my time managing in a corporate gym, I know it’s best for that to be flipped. My goal is to change lives. That is why I believe the Client-Coach Relationship to be paramount.
