We implement services such as having open houses on all rental homes, providing feedback from those open houses to owners, and better tenant placement. Thus, allowing us to turn our company into a well organized and efficient Property Management Company. Currently, we are responsible for the management and maintenance of over 250 units. ALL our properties are single-family homes located throughout Memphis, Shelby County, and North Mississippi. Managing residential property is our ONLY job, therefore we are absolutely Superior above all others at doing it.
