Engineers use their knowledge of science, mathematics, logic to find solutions to a problem. Technology: The term Technology is derived from two Greek words “techne” means art, skill and “logos” means expressive word. It is the collection of techniques, methods or processes used in the production of goods or services or in accomplishment of objectives, such as scientific investigation & implementation. Management: The verb ‘manage’ comes from the Italian maneggiare(to handle, especially tools),which derives from Latin word Manus(hand).The French word management(later ‘management’)influenced the development in meaning of the English word management in 17th and 18th centuries. Management in business and organizations is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. Management includes planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing and controlling an organization to accomplish the goals. Resourcing covers the procurement and deployment of human resources, financial resources, technological resources and natural resources. Management is also an academic discipline, a social science whose objective is to study social organization.
