Russ Blakely &Associates, LLC (RBA) is an independently owned insurance agency specializing in employee benefit advisory services since 1982. RBA is a charter member of United Benefit Advisors (UBA), which is the fourth largest benefit advisory organization in the country. We have 144 affiliate agencies in 44 states, as well as locations in Canada and services available to 40 countries around the world. RBA focuses 100% of its energy on employee benefits and we operate under the premise that there is always a better way to accomplish our clients’ goals. This belief continuously pushes us to ensure we provide our clients with the best solutions available for employee benefits. Our end goal is to own the management of our clients’ employee benefits, which in turn allows our clients to focus on managing and growing their own business. Our offices are staffed with reliable, experienced employees who have made a long-term commitment to developing and enhancing the services we offer. Currently RBA has a full time staff of 11 with over 200 combined years of employee benefit experience. Prior to RBA, employees worked for insurance carriers, insurance agencies and local human resources departments. This varied background provides valuable insight and depth when working with insurance carriers, employers and employees. The main office for RBA is located in Chattanooga at 620 Lindsay Street, Suite 201. RBA provides benefit advisory services to over 100 clients throughout the region. Our clients range in size from 2 employees up to 38,000 employees. Our firm has worked with many large employers to manage their employee benefit plans. RBA provides expert advice in the areas of Financial Analytics Benchmarking, Cost Control, HealthCare Reform, Compliance, Education & Communication as well a Health & Lifestyle Management programs.
