NukkAI is a private AI lab, based in Paris, that has been co-founded in March 2018 by Véronique Ventos and Jean-Baptiste Fantun. We are gathering a team of researchers from different AI communities and different countries, all aiming at building an innovative AI architecture designed to address very complex challenges, the first being the game of Bridge (the card game in which, incidentally, Véronique and Jean-Baptiste have some skills). We are dealing with a very difficult game challenge whose resolution could open the path for applications in Healthcare for example (Bridge, being an incomplete information game, has more than one similarity with Healthcare). We have had a successful seeding round with 4 great investors who have a tremendous added value to the project: Franck Falezan is a former Carlyle partner in Europe, Emmanuel Gavaudan owns a prominent hedge fund in London and François Gouilliard and Olivier De Beauminy have built from scratch a very successful company (Leyton) that operates in several countries.
