Functional Medicine views the human body like a tree. If you have healthy roots, you’ll have a healthy tree. If you don’t have a healthy tree, it means that one or more areas of the root system is out of balance. As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, I partner with clients in all the areas that influence the root system of the tree: sleep & relaxation, exercise & movement, nutrition, stress and relationships. I help clients envision what their life could look like and then take steps to get there and stay there. The best part of coaching is that no one tells you what to do! You get to be an active partner in deciding what is right for you, for your body, and for your family. I believe that everyone wants to be well.
