HISTORY In 1913, DILECTA was founded in the heart of the Loire Valley in the city of Le Blanc (Indre). The range was diverse, including; racing, amateur, touring, city, and leisure bicycles. Beginning in 1937, high-end custom hand-built bicycles were produced in Tours. Following in 1950, transport bicycles were built in Chinon.
