Welcome to the OSHA Training Institute Education Center at California State University, Dominguez Hills, the only Los Angeles-based OTIEC CSU Dominguez Hills is the only California State University to be awarded a Department of Labor Occupational Safety & Health Training Institute Education Center (OSHA OTIEC). We are proud to support OSHA’s mission of educating employers and workers on how to avoid workplace injuries and maintain a safe work environment.
