LITIGATION We attend to Civil and Criminal Litigation, both in the High- and Magistrates’ Courts, throughout the country, in the fields of Insolvency, Family and Commercial Law, Delict including inter alia Motor Vehicle Accidents, RAF matters and repossessions of motor vehicles and/or furniture on an Ex Parte basis and the Administration of Estates. ADMINISTRATIONS Except for collections, this Firm also administrates and manages certain client’s Administration Accounts on their behalf. We collect all distributions and furthermore ensure that distributions are made in accordance with the Court Order We attend to all queries, correspondence and negotiations We accept service of new applications for administration orders, and if necessary, oppose the administration applications We accept service of and attend to applications to vary, amend or rescind administrations orders. COLLECTIONS We attend to and utilize all legal process available to the Firm to collect money on behalf of its clients. This includes tracing, collections, litigation etc.
