Cundiff Engineering, Inc. has been providing professional engineering services since 1981, when established by Lee Cundiff as C. L. Cundiff & Associates, an electrical engineering firm. In 1984, the company was incorporated as Cundiff Engineering, Inc. Today, we operate as a professional mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) engineering consulting firm lead by twin brothers Lee and Jim Cundiff. We believe that success in the industry is a direct result of quality in engineering workmanship, communication, and commitment to finding the best solutions for clients. Throughout our 30+ years of business, our philosophy remains the same: to provide engineering services and design systems that are safe, reliable, maintainable, and with the client’s best interests in mind. We design systems for new projects as well as additions, remodels, and system upgrades.
