We provide a full range of in-home medical services under the supervision of your doctors: ✔ Skilled Nursing Services: RNs and LPNs provide pre-op & post-op care; comprehensive assessments; diabetic care and management; education about the patient’s condition and management of symptoms; wound care, IV care, etc. ✔ Medication Management: Our professionals help administer and manage prescriptions and other medications following the instructions of the patient’s physicians. ✔ Broad Range of Therapists: Physical, Occupational, Vocational, Respiratory, and Speech Therapists aid the patient with improvement in mobility and self-care, pain management, swallowing, articulation, etc. ✔ Nutrition and Dietary Services: Nutritionists and Dieticians aid clients with customized meal planning, including recommendations by the patient’s physicians. ✔ Medical Social Workers: MSWs help you navigate insurance, government and community resources, and the emotional and social impact of your particular illness, condition, or treatment.
