Chapitô is a Non-Governmental Organization developing its work among Culture, Education and Social Care issues. Standing in the forefront of humanism, we are also committed on being a culture mainstay. Chapitô’s goals within culture affairs are: the performing arts in their overlap subjects, circus and circensian performance, spurring innovation throughout join arts and entertainment, promoting multicultural dialogues and mostly taking an active role on outstanding movements concerning new social approaches to urbanism and cities environment. Located in the Lisbon historical center, Chapitô is a culture house that opens its arms to the world, warmly welcoming foreign visitors.
