The program separates clients from their classmates ensuring they are in the best position to find internships and post-graduation employment. Founder Michael Sherman has been a recognized thought leader in the fields of Staffing and Recruitment for over 25 years. Most recently he led Global Recruitment for Bank of America, overseeing the hiring of thousands of students annually. The Graduate to Employment program provides concrete advice and counsel including resume format and language, networking strategies for landing an interview, interviewing techniques, follow up skills and more. Participants will be differentiated from classmates, fully prepared and confident in their job search.
