Gourmet Guru - The passion of experienced Melbourne Chef and mother of two Sonia Hocking. Sonia has worked in the hospitality industry for over 25 years She successfully completed her Cookery Apprenticeship in 5 Star establishments. Has since enjoyed working in many facets of her trade including Corporate Cafe's, Restaurants, Fine Dining and Aged Care. Sonia believes the meals and flavours are only as good as the quality ingredients and time put in to creating them. The Gourmet Guru Home Cooked meals are created in Sonia's home kitchen in Donvale. Her kitchen is registered with The Manningham Council and has received a 5 Star Food Safety Award for the past two years which Sonia is extremely proud of.
