Cooper Concrete Co. is the oldest family owned ready mix concrete company in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex. Founded by Randall Cooper in 1947 as a concrete construction company, Cooper Concrete Co. began selling ready mix concrete to builders and contractors in 1952. Many of the largest building projects in Garland and the surrounding communities have used Cooper Concrete as their ready mix supplier.
