Dragon pioneered the use of 60,000 mt panamax vessels to bring bulk Belarus and Russian potash fertilizer to its terminal in Southern China, successfully marketing and distributing this l to regional markets, supported by direct handysize deliveries. Following the consolidation of the Russian potash industry in 2011, Dragon Fertiliser successfully introduced Canadian potash into Bangladesh in 2012, and reached an agreement with Canpotex Limited for marketing and distributing its potash in Central and north Vietnam. Dragon has diversified its sourcing of quality N and P fertilizer from China, adding to its marketing of prime quality Canadian potash; and with the recent opening of its Dragon Fertiliser Geneva Branch has re-established its European/Mediterranean fertilizer supply and marketing connections.
