People are complex and dynamic, and so is the world around us. It is essential to complement subjective perceptions with assessments that fully capture and explain this complexity in behavior and performance and relates to changes in the environment. Traditional psychological testing is mainly built upon personality questionnaires, capturing an individual’s subjective view of herself, and aptitude, or logical, tests capturing the ability to solve one kind of problem in an unchanged environment. Combining existing tests with cognitive testing gives a sharper, more precise, basis and increases insight and predictive power.
