Born from the generosity of local donors in 1922, Barrett Hospital & HealthCare has served the people of Southwest Montana for 100 years. Together, we’ve accomplished a lot. Barrett Hospital & HealthCare is repeatedly ranked as a Top 100 Critical Access Hospital—10-time recipient—and is a four-time recipient of the Top 20 Critical Access Hospital honors. Additionally, the healthcare system is recognized for dedication to high quality patient care and commitment to improving services. Through ongoing community support, Barrett Hospital & HealthCare has grown from the three-story pressed-brick building in 1922 to an integrated healthcare system with multiple facilities including a state-of-the-art hospital, primary care and specialty clinics, vein care center, home health and hospice services, and a full range of services typically found at larger healthcare systems
