Heerwald Property Group's portfolio consists of buy-and-holds/BRRRR properties, rehabs, design renovations, and passive infill/project investments. Our aim is to aggressively build our portfolio while cultivating relationships and engaging in philanthropy. We assess each property from a lens of profitability, design, and affordable housing, conscious of our desire to do what we love and have a positive impact. We’re based in Austin and are invested in Austin, San Antonio and Nashville, but always have our eyes on fresh geos and opportunities.
