We are a registered charity and voluntary organisation providing a range of activities for fitness and health, together with educational classes. We cater for all ages, from children and young people to senior citizens. Our aim is: 'Working In The Community For The Community' As part of this aim we offer a variety of fun, active, enjoyable and friendly classes to the community, whether its a Fitness Class or an Italian course.
