Mzabalazo Advisory Services is a development consultancy focussing on economic, organisational and people development. It works primarily with the public and non-profit sector and aims to build the capacity of the state to improve service delivery and transform the economy and socio-economic position of its citizens. It is 50% black owned and 50% owned by women. The intention of the company members is to remain small, but to engage in larger projects by working with other like minded companies and NGOs.
