The University of Energy and Natural Resources (UENR), Sunyani, Brong Ahafo Region is a Public University established by an Act of Parliament, Act 830 in December 2011. The Mission of the University is to promote the development of human resources and skills required to solve critical energy and natural resources challenges of society and undertake interdisciplinary academic research and outreach programmes in engineering, science, economics and environmental policy. UENR has admitted its first batch of students for the 2012/2013 academic year in September 2012. Our motto is ‘knowledge, integrity, impact’.
