The Insurance Institute of Botswana is a non-profit organization registered in Botswana in February 2016 with the aim to: Provide and maintain a central organization for members of the Institute Encourage the advancement of insurance education and knowledge and generally to promote any scheme which may raise the standard of the insurance profession in the Republic of Botswana Facilitate the development of strategic policy for the insurance industry Educate members and enhance their knowledge in Insurance and related areas Bridge the gap between the local industry and the international industry practices Endorse insurance courses locally Generally to promote the interests of the members
