McDaniel College Budapest offers a number of dynamic major programs, from art history, business, and communication, to political science and psychology—a variety of majors for a variety of students. We offer an american U.S. accredited baccalaureate degree, with which our student can continue their education or training in US,Canada or the rest of Europe. The Budapest campus of McDaniel College has operated English language American credit bearing PreMedical studies for over 30 years. The pre-medical/ pre-veterinary studies program is designed for those who have a sufficient level of English but lack the knowledge of medicine related subjects. After completing the program students have close to 90% success ratio to of Medical University admission. McDaniel students come from many different countries, but they have one thing in common –opportunities for a rich life outside the classroom and they quickly come to realize that the entire city of Budapest is a potential campus. Various cultural events, cinemas, theatres offering plays in English, international festivals, sport events, and lively nightspots, all at reasonable prices, make the city attractive for students’ interests and budgets. In addition, during the academic year many extra-curricular activities are organized by the College such as day trips, hiking in the Buda hills, visits to museums, guest lectures, and parties. McDaniel College Budapest is not only a four-year degree program–it is an exciting study abroad center in the heart of Europe. American and international students not from McDaniel College interested nevertheless in study abroad in Budapest can do so via McDaniel’s study abroad program.
