Harbor is Northwest Ohio's leading provider of mental health, substance use treatment, wellness, and vocational services to the adults, children, and families. Our clinical services include psychiatry and psychology, treatment for anxiety, stress, and depression, grief and loss, ADHD and Autism, transitional living program, partial hospitalization programs for youth and teens, caseworkers and health home services. In 2019 we entered a joinder agreement with The Central Community Health Board of Hamilton County (CCHB).
