We provide communication, conflict management and emotional intelligence skills training and coaching to leaders and teams. We use the circle process and coaching for team building and conflict resolution. We also train on unconscious bias. In a growing diverse workforce, teams need to learn to work well with differing perceptions and perspectives. Doing regular team circles builds team synergy, productivity and success. We can create and facilitate face-to-face and online training for staff and leadership.
