CES has branch offices in Ingersoll and Norwich and itinerate offices in Plattsville, Princeton, Tavistock and Thamesford to serve all corners of Oxford County. CES offers a variety of services and programming for job seekers, ranging from youth and students to newcomers and mid-career professionals. CES's knowledgeable resource staff are trained to assist in all aspects of the job hunt from providing labour market information to reviewing cover letters and resumes to offering employment counselling. CES provides free workshops focused on helping participants increase their job readiness and build or augment employable skills. CES also works closely with local employers to help advertise and fill vacant positions and provide information about available wage subsidy and apprenticeship programs. CES offers free-of-charge consultation, recruitment and hiring assistance and can pre-screen and refer candidates to meet the employers requirements. Employers are also invited to post job ads directly on WorkinOxford.ca. Oxford Countys job site, which recieves tens of thousands of hits a month.
