In the last ten years, the number of young people dealing with anxiety and depression has tripled. It's something we can all relate to, and more importantly, it's something we all want to change. So we created Tribe, An open and inclusive community of people striving to achieve this change. Our goal is to destigmatise mental health and raise money for those who are struggling. A goal to replace those in fear with hope, those in isolation with acceptance, and ultimately those in struggle with perseverance.
