MC High Performance Training is located in Richmond, BC. We believe that all children deserve an equal chance in reaching their full potential. Our programs are reasonably priced, yet certified by experienced and passionate instructors. Our goal is to provide all families with a reasonable option when looking for a training program. MC High Performance Training aims to help hockey players become the best possible athletes they can be through nutritional seminars, professional on-ice coaching from experienced instructors, and off-ice dryland training ran by licensed strength and conditioning trainers.
