Graeme Fraser has been a licenced lawyer in Ontario since 1989, and has carried on his own general litigation practice in Kanata, since 1994, serving all surrounding areas of Ottawa West, Nepean, Stittsville, and well into the Ottawa Valley. His practice comprises the following major areas of law: Employment law, acting solely for employees in wrongful and constructive dismissal cases; Personal Injury claims, including motor vehicle accidents, and slip, or trip, & fall accidents; Family law - all areas, including separation, divorce, custody, support, property division, marriage and cohabitation agreements. Mr. Fraser promotes and encourages all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and he has been a member of Collaborative Practice Ottawa for many years. He has extensive trial experience in the Ontario courts.
