The Mid-East Ohio Regional Council (MEORC) provides innovative products and services to 19-member county boards, providers, and to people with developmental disabilities in Mid-East Ohio. We are known for our expertise in facilitating cooperation, collaboration and problem solving to improve services, creating opportunities for people to be included and building strong communities. MEORC is a council of governments created under the authority of Chapter 167 of the Ohio Revised Code. The original by-laws were adopted on January 20, 1989.
