Sisters, Monica Whitaker and Melanie Borges operate Say it with Sugar Cake Shop in Historic Downtown Wylie. We specialize in Wedding Cakes, Birthday Cakes, Special Occasion Cakes and Shaped Cakes. We also have delightful petit fours, cupcakes, brownies, cream puffs, eclairs, cookies and other sweets in our cases. We now have ready to go dinner cakes, Boston Cream Pie Cakes and other cream cakes in our "ready-to-go" case. We will also carry pumpkin and pecan pies for the holidays. If you know the date of your event call and schedule your order before all available slots are filled. We suggest you allow at least 72 hour notice for custom cake orders. Some fondant detail orders take at least a weeks notice to allow fondant shaping and drying time. Some weekends are already booked up. We do try to keep dinner cakes on hand that may be customized for your event. We can take special orders if you or your loved ones need gluten-free, sugar free or other special diet needs.
