Indonesia Coal and Power Institute (ICP-Institute) is an organization of experts in power plant engineering and management aiming to: 1. Support coal utilization with efficiency, sustainability, and environmental awareness; 2. Establish better communication between electric power business stakeholder; 3. Encourage success in electric power business investment especially in power plant business by educating owners, investors, and managers on the practical details of the business through seminary, workshop, & conference activity; 4. Preparing human resources with competence and professionalism to run the business (from operators to managers) through training activity; The organization is supported by its business unit PT. Andamar Internasional to run business as consultant and to manage its activities and programs. ICP-Institute Programs include: 1. Workshop on Strategy for Successful Power Plant Business; 2 - 3 days workshop for limited participants and fixed team of instructors. 2. ICP-Brunch Forum; a half day focus group discussion for small amount of participants that will discuss about newest issues in electricity business with prominent and relevant guest speakers to give their say on the issues. 3. ICP-Business Forum on Power Plant Business Planning and Power Plant Management; a series of discussion, running for 2 - 3 days that will have distinguished speakers with notable experience giving lectures and answers question about the nitty-gritty of power plant business activities from planning to management. This organization is not only for those interested with coal fired power plant, but also with other thermal power plants and will branch out to renewable power plants.
