Wir coachen und beraten neurodivergente Menschen individuell in allen Phasen des Berufslebens und der beruflichen Orientierung. Arbeitgebende unterstützen wir dabei, in ihren Teams Diversität und Inklusion zu leben. So begegnet Diversicon insbesondere der hohen Arbeitslosigkeit von Autist:innen und Menschen mit ADHS. We also assist employers to support diversity and inclusion in their workplaces. With this combined approach, we hope to make a difference to the higher rates of unemployment among autistics and people with ADHD. Together we aim to make the motto #differentisnormal a reality
