Sydney Japanese International School (SJIS) is a bilingual international school located on Sydney’s North Shore, Australia. At SJIS we seek to achieve academic excellence in all key learning areas. SJIS offers two educational streams: the Australian curriculum from Kindergarten to Year 6 and the Japanese curriculum from Years 1-9. Both streams have strong language components. シドニー日本人国際学校では、オーストラリアという大自然豊かな多文化国家で、国際感覚豊かな子供たちを育んでいます。 本校には、日本の文部科学省教育課程に準ずる「日本人学級」と、NSW州教育課程に準ずるオーストラリアのカリキュラムを行う「国際学級」とが併設されています。日本人学級は、小学一年生から中学三年生まで、国際学級は、小学幼稚部（YearK)から小学六年生（Year6)まで。 どちらの学級も毎日45分の語学授業（日本人学級‐英語／国際学級‐日本語）があり、バイリンガル・バイカルチュラル教育を実践しています。
