Creative sustainable design studio. B100 arquitectos was funded by Heidi y Rafa in 2007. We are a couple of architects passionate about sustainability specialized abroad. We studied together in the University in El Salvador. During our studies we did not get along that much, but in the postgraduate studies of business administration we found each other and we manage to clear our differences… and know we are best friends, partners, mates, husband and wife and parents to our beautiful princess. We specialized in Europe and United States in bioclimatic architecture, interior design, sustainability, sustainable construction certifications and renewable energies… and yes we love to study and keep learning is our hobby. We both had during our childhood the influences of love for nature, art and the environmental care. During our specializations we decided to test if our working styles were compatible… and how well we do! Rafa has his strength in the aesthetic and design. Heidi in organization, structure and budgeting. We are the quality control of each other. We complement each other in every sense. When we finished our specializations, we decided to come back to El Salvador, even though we had job offers in Europe. If everyone that studies keeps outside the country…. how is the way we build change? Our advocacy for bioclimatic architecture and sustainability started. Every project is considered our baby and we commit completely to deliver the best result possible.
