The Municipality of the County of Cumberland utilizes a Council/Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) style of government. The administration is broken into four municipal departments, each responsible for the delivery of specialized services. These services are coordinated through the office of the CAO who ultimately reports to Council. Approximately 90 employees are employed by the Municipality and administer programs and services for residents.
