Amerton Railway is a 2 foot gauge heritage steam railway set in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside. Our mission is to preserve locomotives and rolling stock with a Staffordshire connection. Our pride and joy being Isabel, a steam locomotive built at W G Bagnall in Stafford in 1897. We aim to educate our visitors in the importance of small railways, and the railway company that provided so many jobs in Stafford, W.G. Bagnall.
