Since 2003, the NACD Texas TriCities Chapter has been serving the local director community in Austin, Houston and San Antonio providing exemplary director programming and opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and interaction. By convening directors and experts to examine leading practices and anticipate developing issues, the chapter helps participating directors be more effective in the boardroom, and add value to the company, fostering the positive image of corporations and business organizations through improved corporate governance.
