Serving the communities of Dorset, Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole our inclusive education and training programmes including Traineeships, Prepare for Life and Get into Work give people the skills and experience to prepare for the next steps of education, employment & training and life in modern Britain. We have three centres across the region - our Boscombe centre supports young people across Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole. The Dorchester centre supports learners from across the county of Dorset and Merley House is our HR, administration and Learning & Development hub. Merley is also the home of our new programme for young adults - Thrive! Interestingly we also have a centre in Merseyside where we deliver construction industry skills qualification (CSCS) and the Merseyside Ambassadors Programme. For anyone who has struggled with education or employment for a variety of different reasons. For anyone with special educational needs who want to move into employment and needs extra support in doing so.
