Ohio's Hospice LifeCare serves patients and their families in Wayne, Holmes, Medina and Ashland Counties of Ohio. We seek to enhance the quality of life for patients and their families by providing them with compassionate care, support, and grief resources during times of serious illness and loss. We believe that peace, dignity, and quality of life can be achieved, even in dying, through pain and symptom management, emotion, physical, and spiritual support, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
