Our Story While the company was founded in March 2019, a major milestone I know, it was born out of an idea that came when our founders were visiting Silicon Valley as part of a Trade Delegation to the US the previous year. Our team spent time with Australian Start-Ups making it big in the US. Innovators who not only demonstrated great ideas, but a drive and determination to succeed that was inspiring. Their stories demonstrated the amazing talent Australia has to offer the world. Grow Right is about fostering that talent and promoting it on the international stage. Not just our great innovators, but all Australians with tech skills. Giving everyone a chance to grow, to challenge themselves and to build their careers. Grow Right grows Careers. Regional Australia has some amazing talent, but the opportunities are not always there. In this digital age on interconnectivity, we asked the question “Could we change communities, keeping families together and bring the traditional “Big City” jobs to regional Australia? We think the answer is a resounding ‘Yes, yes we can’. While many ask the question, ‘How do we replicate Silicon Valley innovation here in Australia?’. Grow Right asks a slightly different question, “How can we connect Australian Talent with Global Innovation to foster an Aussie approach to developing new tech and new ideas?”.
