Kalasi Cellars is a boutique winery based in Fredericksburg, Texas, just 5 minutes from the center of town and half a mile off wine road 290! We feature dry wines including some more common varietals and blends, and also some rare varietals and blends that are unique to us in Texas. All our wines are made using 100% estate-grown grapes from the Texas High Plains (Narra Vineyards) and from the Texas Hill Country (at our tasting room). Additionally, our production winery in Fredericksburg allows us to make all wines in house, giving us end-to-end control to craft the very best wines possible for you to enjoy. At both of our estate vineyards, we are focused on growing exceptional quality fruit through sustainable practices. Our tasting room, designed by an award winning firm, Cunningham Architects, and our winery are situated on over 16 acres of relaxing Texas Hill Country land in the heart of the Texas wine country. Come enjoy our wines in our tasting room with a massive wrap around bar, or relax in Adirondack chairs under old pecan trees. You will likely even catch a glimpse of our Babydoll Southdown sheep and llama, Dalai! They are integral parts of our sustainable farming practices for our vineyard. When you visit our tasting room, we offer wine tastings, wine glasses, wine bottles, food with an Indian twist, and non-alcoholic Indian drinks so that everyone can enjoy their visit.
