NuProject invests cannabis tax into Portland, Oregon-based businesses and corporate revenue into businesses nationwide owned by BIPOC founders. NuProject’s work is specifically designed to address the capital, education, and connection hurdles that BIPOC face when entering the cannabis industry. Our goal is to increase success outcomes for people of color in cannabis either as business owners or high-earning professionals. Since founding in 2018, NuProject has mentored and educated cannabis entrepreneurs and funded nearly $1M to more than 30 cannabis businesses across the U.S. owned by historically excluded founders.
