This includes IN-HOME: nurse practitioners, xrays, lab testing, medication prescriptions, diagnosis and treatment, nebulizers & oxygen, 24/7 triage nursing, and connecting clients with important local community groups to help improve their independence and quality of life. Npalliative®️is a member of the American Academy of Home Care Medicine (AAHCM) and Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC). We are licensed practitioners in Northern Michigan that assist in the healthcare management of those experiencing chronic disease.
