SL-Tech empowers school foodservice programs to be financially and nutritionally accountable by providing technological and operational expertise. SL-Tech helps public schools qualitatively improve their foodservice operations. Many concepts we pioneered, from “fast food style” terminals to integrated back of the house systems, to SIF, to electronic online payments, to reimbursable vending programs, have since become industry standards. All of these efforts represent steady progress towards a vision of what school foodservice can be.
