Congo Fashion Week is a premium event and the OFFICIAL Fashion Week which has been taking place in both Congo, The Republic of Congo (2012) and the Democratic Republic of Congo (on-going). Since the creation of Congo Fashion Week in 2011, its launch in 2012, the country itself has received good press from the event rather than the usual war, rape and corruption reports. There is a need to grow, to expand and develop within our communities, as Congolese primarily and Africans on a much larger scale.
