Mortgage Tech Home Finance was established in 2006. Offering a wide variety of mortgage products, Mortgage Tech tailors loans to the specific needs of borrowers in New York and New Jersey. Mortgage Tech was founded in 2006 by Philip Benigno, who earned his degree in Finance from St John's University and worked in the cash management division of Goldman Sachs after graduating. Shortly after, he left Goldman Sachs and pursued his dream of serving the community by joining the FDNY. While on the job, he found his passion for real estate and finance enabling him to become a successful real estate investor and Mortgage Loan Officer. After 20 years, Philip retired from the FDNY and opened Mortgage Tech to fully serve his loyal following of home buyers.
