China Carbon N.V. is active in sourcing and developing projects which generate emission reduction credits for the compliance and voluntary market in China together with our partners. We have contracted large quantities of potential CERs and VERs for our carbon pool, which in turn offers distinct advantages for installations under the EU ETS, government compliance buyers, third parties trading carbon credits; carbon offset companies, and corporate entities. China Carbon N.V. is headquartered in Amsterdam and has a location in Beijing, which gives us a strong presence in China. We provide support for buyers by finding, evaluating, and contracting CERs and VERs from eligible projects in China. Currently, we have around 30 projects in development. The projects are at different points of the project cycle from Project Idea Note stage to final registration with the Executive Board. The volume per project ranges from 21k CO2e/yr to 400k CO2e/yr.
