“Hedda” provides hardware-enabled services for individuals and families that are experiencing increased levels of anxiety and distress caused by social isolation, increased workload and constant high levels of stress. “Hedda” is a combination of a finger-stall-like wearable device and a connected application for mobileOS. There are heart rate variability and body temperature sensors that are integrated into the wearable devices to measure and transfer all the necessary biometrical data for a successful biofeedback session. The real time biometric data is visualised within a mobileOS interface with an objective to prompt beneficial state of the body and mind and subsequently improve the users self-regulation skills (ability to cope with stress, relax and focus). By using the device for 20 minutes a day the user will be able to feel the positive impact of the sessions within 1-2 weeks and experience a more calm and mindful state of the body and mind.
